O estudo tem como objetivo estabelecer um m\u00e9todo fi\u00e1vel e eficiente para a an\u00e1lise do dextrometorfano, um supressor da tosse comummente utilizado, em formula\u00e7\u00f5es farmac\u00eauticas. O artigo discute a metodologia, os resultados e as implica\u00e7\u00f5es do teste, destacando a sua import\u00e2ncia para garantir a qualidade e a efic\u00e1cia dos produtos \u00e0 base de dextrometorfano.<\/p>\n<p>## Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>O dextrometorfano \u00e9 um supressor da tosse amplamente utilizado em medicamentos de venda livre (OTC). Garantir a qualidade e a pureza do dextrometorfano \u00e9 crucial para a seguran\u00e7a e a efic\u00e1cia destes medicamentos. Este estudo centra-se no desenvolvimento e valida\u00e7\u00e3o de um teste de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de sistema eficiente para o dextrometorfano utilizando uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o CRS. O teste foi concebido para avaliar a efici\u00eancia da separa\u00e7\u00e3o, a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o e a reprodutibilidade do m\u00e9todo, fornecendo uma ferramenta robusta para o controlo da qualidade no fabrico de produtos farmac\u00eauticos.<\/p>\n<p>## Metodologia<\/p>\n<p>### 1. Materiais e equipamento<\/p>\n<p>O estudo utilizou um sistema de cromatografia l\u00edquida de alta efici\u00eancia (HPLC) equipado com uma coluna quiral e um detetor de d\u00edodos. Condi\u00e7\u00f5es cromatogr\u00e1ficas<\/p>\n<p>As condi\u00e7\u00f5es cromatogr\u00e1ficas foram optimizadas para obter uma boa separa\u00e7\u00e3o do dextrometorfano e dos seus enanti\u00f3meros. Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra<\/p>\n<p>A amostra foi preparada dissolvendo uma quantidade conhecida de dextrometorfano na solu\u00e7\u00e3o de SIR e diluindo-a at\u00e9 uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o adequada. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o foi ent\u00e3o filtrada atrav\u00e9s de um filtro de seringa de 0,45 \u03bcm antes de ser injectada no sistema de HPLC.<\/p>\n<p>## Resultados e Discuss\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>### 1. Efici\u00eancia de separa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>A efici\u00eancia de separa\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00e9todo desenvolvido foi avaliada atrav\u00e9s do c\u00e1lculo da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o (R) entre o dextrometorfano e os seus enanti\u00f3meros. Verificou-se que a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o era superior a 2,0, indicando uma boa efici\u00eancia de separa\u00e7\u00e3o. Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entre o dextrometorfano e os seus enanti\u00f3meros foi determinada em 2,5, o que est\u00e1 dentro da gama aceit\u00e1vel para separa\u00e7\u00f5es quirais. Isto garante que o m\u00e9todo pode separar eficazmente os enanti\u00f3meros, proporcionando assim uma quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o exacta do dextrometorfano.<\/p>\n<p>### 3. Reprodutibilidade<\/p>\n<p>A reprodutibilidade do m\u00e9todo foi avaliada atrav\u00e9s da an\u00e1lise da mesma amostra em tr\u00eas dias diferentes.
