3. Usage Instructions

Preparation of TMB Solution

Dissolve 10 mg of TMB (Monosulfate) in 1 mL of DMSO or ethanol.
Dilute with a buffer (e.g., phosphate-citrate buffer, pH 5.0) to a final concentration of 0.1 mg/mL.
Add hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) at 0.01-0.03% concentration to activate the substrate.

Detection Protocol

Apply the TMB solution to the target sample (e.g., ELISA plate).
Incubate at room temperature for 5-15 minutes.
Monitor for a blue color development, indicating peroxidase activity.
Stop the reaction with 1M sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄), turning the solution yellow for spectrophotometric measurement at 450 nm.

Note: Avoid exposure to direct light and extreme temperatures during use.
