3. Usage Guidelines

Recommended Workflow:

Prepare 1-2% (w/v) solution in distilled water
Heat to 50°C with continuous stirring
Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
Combine with other media components as needed
Adjust pH to 7.0-7.4 before sterilization

Note: Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures (>80°C) to prevent Maillard reactions.
